Returns & Exchanges
If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with.
In the unlikely event that our all-natural products should cause an adverse skin reaction, or if you are just not satisfied with the product, we will accept all returns within 30 days of the delivery date – under the following conditions:
- If any products (include products that are not skincare) you received is unopened, you have 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the value of the product minus $15 for the prepaid shipping label.
- If any products (include products that are not skincare) you received has been opened and/or has been used, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund for the value of the product minus $15 and 8% handling fee.
- Store credit returns are not subject to the $15 label or the 8% handling fee.
- Spaexpert.com does not offer exchanges on items
- In order to return a package to us, you must have contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product you are sending back to us MUST be at least 85% FULL with all of the original packaging, pieces, and printed material included in the return package.
- In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the original packing slip showing the order number from Spaexpert.com must be included in the return package.
- In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, all gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package.
REPLACEMENTS AND STORE CREDIT
- In certain instances, we will ship out a replacement product or an exchange prior to receiving the original product back to our warehouse and will include a prepaid shipping label with the replacement. All original items are expected to be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving the return label either. If the product is not received within 10 days, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the original product along with the cost of the shipping label ($15) to the originating form of payment.
- Orders that waived insurance are not eligible for a replacement if the package was damaged or lost during shipment
IMPORTANT: Refunds may be subject to the following conditions:
- Shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within the specified time frames.
- If you would like us to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, a $15 charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you are returning a product due to an error originating on your part (such as ordering the incorrect product, color, etc.), there will be a 8% handling and re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount in addition to the $15 charge deducted for the pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable). This is only applicable to refunds and store credit.
